Complete interior and exterior renovation of a 124 bed skilled nursing facility. The project included upgrades of the electrical systems, HVAC systems, and the central plant systems. The project was phased over a 15 month period. Completed: March, 1999.

Hospital Construction

Cornerstone has extensive experience within hospital construction. We pay special attention to how construction will progress throughout the facility and how it will impact on going patient services. Our experience and understanding of building codes and regulations allows us to handle all interactions with the agencies that have jurisdiction over hospital construction projects. These agencies include the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development and the Department of Health Services.

Besides providing design/build and general contracting services we are uniquely qualified to perform life safety corrections and JCAHO Statement of Corrections for your facility.



MARLORA POST-ACUTE REHAB HOSPITAL Long Beach, CA Exterior Re-Design - Design/Build Complete exterior re-design consisting of 38,000 sq. Ft. roof tear-off replacement, reframing of front exterior, new entry, windows, doors, lighting, landscaping, irrigation, hard scape and soft scape. Completed: February, 2001.
